Why is there a monthly fee?

Producing the levels requires significant amounts of data and processing power. There are costs to acquire the raw price data, produce the levels, and host the data. The fee helps cover the costs and continue development of the indicator.

Why do I see levels outside the price range?

This can be caused by two things:

1. The price data the FrogOracle is using to generate the prices is incorrect. In this case please contact me with the ticker and a screenshot so I can forward the issue to the raw data provider.

2. TradingView is missing some data. This is fairly common in premarket / afterhours for certain thinly traded stocks. Checking with another broker like ToS or IBKR will often show the missing price data.

Why do the levels change each day?

Each evening all the levels are recomputed using the latest market data. Long term levels tend to change less but the intraday (30 period) levels can change often as new data is added to the calculations.

Why don’t I see any levels?

This is normally caused by this ticker not being supported by the tool. That is the case if you see the red exclamation point and when clicked it looks like the picture below. If there is a ticker you would like added please reach out.
